BOOKING POLICY:

1. DEPOSIT

£10 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Payment has to be made within booking otherwise the booking will not be

confirmed.

Deposit will be deducted from the cost of the treatment.

2. PATCH TEST

Patch test is required for all new clients or clients who has not seen

me for more than 1year.

Patch test has to be done minimum 48hrs prior actual procedure.

Patch test is required for all treatments.

Patch test does not guarantee that a person will not react once full

set of eyelash extensions will be applied. If it will happen- it is your

responsibility to contact me and I will remove eyelash extensions the

same day. Money will not be refunded.

3. CANCELATIONS

Please let me know at least 48hrs before scheduled appointment if you

would like to cancel or re-schedule.

If you choose to re-schedule, booking fee will be transferred to new

booking.

If you cancel (minimum 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment)-

deposit will be refunded.

Lateness of 15mins or more will result in the appointment being

cancelled. Deposit will not be refunded.

4. LATE CANCELATIONS & NO SHOWS

If appointment is cancelled less than 24hrs you will be asked to pay 50%

of the service booked before you can re-book.

No shows will be asked to pay 75% of service booked before you can

re-book again.
